SHIPPING RATES 

Standard USPS prices apply and will be calculated based on weight of package. This may also affect the delivery service that is required.

LOCAL PICK UP

Do you live in Milwaukee or surrounding areas and would like to pick up your purchase? Select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout and we will contact you via email when your order is ready to arrange a pick up time. 

 

 

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Depending on the location, there may be customs and/or duty charges. We are not responsible for any duty or custom charges you may incur. 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Orders process within 2-5 business days, this does not include shipping time. Pre-order times will be defined in the listing. 

Shipping times may vary depending upon location, time of year, customs, or conditions beyond our control. Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding shipping times.

Fiber Fever LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.  

The customer is responsible for fees associated with reshipping packages that are returned to Fiber Fever LLC because of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.  Please be sure to double check that your shipping information is correct upon check out.
